Online Learning Day is an event sponsored by OAPCS (Ohio Association of Public Charter Schools) and Ohio eSchool Friends and Family Coalition. The purpose of this event is to appeal to our state legislators about the importance of keeping School Choice in Ohio. As you know, there are many powerful groups who are working tirelessly to inhibit/restrict/change this state-afforded right of parents to choose the school for their child/children.
All online charter (community) schools will be in attendance with family/student learning activities underway. COSI will also have hands-on Science exhibits with which students can interact. Statehouse tours and lunch will be provided, and all who attend will receive a t-shirt.
The displays will be located at the Columbus Atheaneaum, with transportation provided to-and-from the statehouse (just a few blocks away).
Registration is required and requested by Wed., Sept. 30th. Click here to learn more and register.
Come and support your right to choose the right education for your child/children!
